The apartment will be shared with 4 to 5 other roommates. The apartment includes a washing machine that is shared with the tenant of the attic (connected to the apartment). The bills for water, gas, electricity, heating are included. Air conditioning, TV, oven, microwave. Area well served by public transport, supermarket 50 meters. Cleaning of the apartment: the tenants are required to keep the apartment clean and in good condition, the staff will regularly check that this condition is respected; a cleaning lady will come to clean all the common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, corridor, balcony). In case that the cleaning lady finds the apartment in a state of excessive dirt and disorder, the extra time will be charged to the tenants: the cost is €15/hour to divide between each tenant of the apartment.
