Utilities such as gas and electricity are included up to a monthly cap based on normal, responsible usage. We kindly invite you to check the indicated limit listed in the detailed breakdown of your costs. We confirm that you will make normal use of the utilities as if they were your responsibility and it is very difficult to exceed this threshold. (For transparency, on the day of your arrival, the electricity and gas meter readings will be taken in your presence). If upon departure you have exceeded your monthly consumption, the excess consumption will be charged by being deducted from your security deposit at the market cost of utilities on the day of check out . The tenant must respect the rules for separate waste collection, which we will explain during check-in, and is required to respect the rules of silence by avoiding noise and shouting between 9.00 pm and 8.00 am.
