The Apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, in the living area there is a double sofa bed, kitchen and the bathroom with shower. It is required a down payment of 100€ for utilities subject to adjustment according to consumption. Please note that there is a weekly mandatory cleaning of the apartment of 40 euros per week, as mentioned in the rental conditions of the listing. This includes the cleaning of the apartment and the change of bed linens and towels. Pets are allowed but only if the size is small and tenants have to mention info about the pets when placing a booking request. Having a pet might require an extra cost to be charged by the landlord. City tax not included in rental price.

Your 1st rent will be 100% refunded if you cancel up to 60 days before the contract start date or you'll get a 50% refund if you cancel up to 30 days.
