THE APARTMENT
The apartment is located in Via Fara, very much alive thanks to the presence of cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets. Perfectly connected thanks to the Metro Line 2 & 3.

INTERNAL CONDITIONS
The apartment has recently undergone a complete makeover. There are:
- 2 bedrooms
- 1 bathroom
- a separate laundry area with washer/dryer
- an eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and kitchen equipment
- wi-fi

ROOM 1 - Bright private room
This bright room features a double bed (120x200cm) with a night table, and a desk with drawers and a chair.
A set of towels, linen and duvet is provided upon check in.

One shot Admin fee: contract registration, third party insurance, garbage tax, room initial and final cleaning

Monthly utilities (paid in advance every month) include heating, electricity, water, internet and forthnightly cleaning of shared spaces.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

The admin fee is due within 48 hours from the acceptance of your booking and paid directly to the landlord. If the landlord doesn't receive the Admin fee within 48 hours, the booking will not be confirmed and the landlord is free to cancel it. The admin fee is fully refunded in case of cancellation at least 45 calendar days prior to the first day of your contract and refunded at 50% for cancellations at least 30 calendar days prior to the first day of your contract

The security deposit must be paid prior to check-in according to the Landlord's instructions and is 100% refundable in the event of cancellation of the booking and/or at the end of the stay upon release of the rented accommodation without damage.

Monday to Friday: 3.00pm - 6.00pm

Monday to Friday outside office hours - we are available 6.00pm to 9.30 pm - €50
Saturdays - we are available 10.00 am to 6.00 pm - €50
Sundays/holidays - we are available 10.00am to 6.00pm €100

Check out must be done within 12.00 noon.
