Our brand-new apartment is located in Via San Prosdocimo 25, on the 1st floor, in a very quiet building, with 6 apartments only, with lift.

The mini-apartment is made up of: Fully equipped Kitchen, 1 Bedroom with double bed and 1 Bathroom with shower. This is the perfect place for couples and for all those students who love having some privacy.

The building is located in a beautiful area, a 5-minute walk from Piazza Duomo and all the other main Squares, such as Piazza delle Erbe and Piazza dei Signori.
Free parking in the neighbourhood.

The apartment is in a very convenient location, perfect for reaching all the Humanities Faculties (History, Languages, Literature, Political Science, etc.) which are 5-10 minutes by bike or on foot from the apartment.

The area is also very quiet and peaceful, but at the same time it is strategic for the student's life: in the area you will find pubs and bars frequented by students.
Even essential services are close at hand: the Despar supermarket is a 10-minute walk from the apartment, but in the street, you will also find well-stocked mini-markets, takeaway pizzerias, tobacconists and much more.

The area is also very convenient for getting around by public transport: in the perpendicular street, via Volturno, lines 6 and 9 run and this way you can reach any area of Padua.

Besides, to the price of the room, 80 € for our ALL-INCLUSIVE FORMULA will be added. This includes:
-All the bills (Electricity, Water, Gas, Heating)
-All the condominium fees
- Unlimited Internet Wi-FI
- Assistance service in case of Maintenance Works
- An Apartment Manager at your disposal to help you in everything you need

You will also have a (hidden) group of the apartment in case of need or emergency and to communicate with your Apartment Manager. We will intervene with our technicians, so you will not have to worry about anything 😊
The rental contract are individual.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:

✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration

⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
