You will be a guest in my apartment in the old city of Rome, a few steps from the Spanish Steps 450 meters, the Trevi Fountain 750 meters and Villa Borghese 800 meters You will live in a 17th century building WITHOUT ELEVATOR in a charming apartment on the 2nd floor just 200m from the BARBERINI stop on Metro A. You will be close to everything that Rome has most beautiful to show and you will be able to travel easily by public transport. NOTE: Bills are not included in the monthly rent and need to be paid separately. Condominium fees and Wifi are fixed and equal to 100 Euros monthly. Mandatory monthly cleaning is 40 Euros. Other bills are to be paid on consumption.



[Cancellation Policy]
Your 1st rent will be 100% refunded if you cancel up to 30 days before the contract start date or you'll get a 50% refund if you cancel up to 15 days.
