- Cleaning of the common spaces for the whole period (Max 6 months included) which cover the cleaning of kitchen, bathrooms, terraces, everything that is shared for once a week;
- Insurance inside the apt for some damage that you can make like leave the water open and make wet the floor downstairs, or make a fire cooking in the kitchen, leave something heavy down from balcony, and so on;
- Fast wifi fiber.
