One-time costs:
• €1,200.00: security deposit, refundable after the apartment condition has been checked at check-out
• €200.00: customer care, available every day from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, contract opening and closing costs, in-person check-in and check-out
• €250.00: final cleaning after check-out
Bed linen is not included.
(*) Please note that the “monthly rent” amount includes the 5% fee plus VAT payable by the tenant for the management of the booking and the administrative procedures related to the stay.
This fee will be invoiced separately to the tenant and deducted from the rental amount stated in the contract.
