The private garden will make your stay relaxed! Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted. Tenants are required to respect quiet hours and follow all rules of peaceful cohabitation within the condominium. The Chalet can host 4 persons and is located in front of Quattro Venti train line, close to John Cabot University and well connected to Gemelli, San Filippo Neri, Trastevere and Vatican City. Towels and Bed linen are included and the host will be available for any question or need during your stay! Internet, clima, heater and washing machine. All charges are included.

Your 1st rent will be 100% refunded if you cancel up to 60 days before the contract start date or you'll get a 50% refund if you cancel up to 30 days.
