This room is designed for anyone coming to Milan to study, work or attend a training period, and looking for a practical, tidy place that is ready to live in, without the cold feeling of a temporary-only accommodation.
The room is spacious and well organized: it includes a single bed, a large wardrobe suitable even for medium- to long-term stays, a desk for studying or working from home, and a chest of drawers to keep everything in order. It is a good solution for students, young professionals, doctors in training, medical residents, consultants and business travellers who want a comfortable room in a well-connected area, but quieter than the city centre.
The apartment is shared with three other rooms and offers functional common areas for everyday life: entrance hall and corridor, an equipped kitchen with dining table and access to a small terrace, a main bathroom with shower and bathtub, a second bathroom with shower, and a separate area dedicated to the washing machine. The layout works well for shared living: having two bathrooms and a separate laundry area is especially useful for people with different schedules between university and work.
Check-in can be arranged from 11:00 to 18:00.
Monthly rates:
• 790,00€ for monthly rent (*)
• 100,00€ for building fees
• 100,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas, wifi)
• 60,00€ for one cleaning service per month;
Total of monthly cost: 1.050,00€
You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts:
• 800€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK);
• 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence.
• 130,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning
Linen is not included.
(*) Please note that the “monthly rent” includes a 5% fee plus VAT payable by the tenant for booking management activities and administrative procedures related to the stay. This amount will be invoiced separately to the tenant and deducted from the rental fee stated in the contract.
The apartment is located in the Dergano / Bovisa area, a part of Milan increasingly popular with students and professionals because it allows you to stay close to the university and hospital hubs in the north of the city, without living in the noise and rush of the centre. It is a residential, practical neighbourhood with supermarkets, local shops, pharmacies, cafés, gyms and everyday services within easy reach.
The area is particularly convenient for students of Politecnico di Milano – Bovisa Campus, with short travel times and the possibility of cycling to the campus. It is also a practical option for those attending Bicocca University, thanks to connections towards the north-east of the city and access to Milan’s metro, bus and suburban railway network. For doctors, nurses, medical residents and healthcare students, the location is also strategic for reaching Niguarda Hospital and Luigi Sacco Hospital, both important hubs for clinical training, work placements and healthcare professionals.
Milan city centre is still easy to reach by public transport. The area is connected to Maciachini M3, Dergano M3, Bovisa, Lancetti, Centrale, Garibaldi and the main business districts of the city.
