The bed is located on the mezzanine: a solution that separates the sleeping area from the rest of the home and makes the apartment feel more livable. The bed is a French-size bed, suitable for a solo guest who wants to sleep comfortably, or for a couple on a short stay. The bathroom has a window, a shower, and follows the same essential and functional style as the rest of the apartment.
Check-in can be arranged from 11:00 to 18:00.

One-time costs
• €1,000: security deposit, refundable after inspection of the apartment at check-out
• €170: customer care every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., contract opening and closing costs, in-person check-in and check-out
• €200: final cleaning after check-out
Bed linen is not included.
(*) Please note that the “monthly rent” includes a 5% fee plus VAT payable by the tenant for booking management and administrative procedures related to the stay. This fee will be invoiced separately to the tenant and deducted from the rent stated in the rental contract.
