• €170.00: customer care available every day from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, contract opening and closing costs, in-person check-in and check-out
• €230.00: final cleaning after check-out
Linen is not included.

(*) Please note that the “monthly rent” amount includes the 5% fee plus VAT payable by the tenant for booking management activities and administrative procedures related to the stay. This fee will be invoiced separately to the tenant and deducted from the rental amount stated in the contract.
