The living area is bright and well laid out: the double sofa bed features a 17 cm mattress, ensuring comfort comparable to a traditional bed. The space also includes a dining table, ideal for both meals and working from home, and a TV.
The small balcony, accessible from the living area, offers a pleasant outdoor space with a table and chairs, perfect for a break in the fresh air.

The kitchenette is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the space, while the bathroom, with window, includes a shower and washing machine.

Check-in can be arranged between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Monthly costs:
• €1,000/month: rent (*)
• €150/month: condominium fees
• €150/month: utilities (gas, water, electricity, WiFi)
Total monthly cost: €1,300

One-time costs:
• €850: security deposit (refundable after check-out inspection)
• €170: customer care (daily from 9 AM to 9 PM), contract opening/closing, in-person check-in and check-out
• €230: final cleaning after check-out
Bed linen is not included.

(*) Please note that the “monthly rent” includes a 5% fee (plus VAT) payable by the tenant for booking management and administrative services related to the stay.
This fee will be invoiced separately and deducted from the rent indicated in the contract.
