One-time costs:
• €1,300: security deposit (refundable after checking the apartment condition at check-out)
• €170: customer care service (daily from 9:00 to 21:00), in-person check-in and check-out
• €250: final cleaning after check-out
Linen is not included
(*) Please note that the “monthly rent” includes a 5% fee plus VAT payable by the tenant for booking management and administrative services related to the stay.
This fee will be invoiced separately to the tenant and will be deducted from the rental amount stated in the lease agreement.
The neighborhood is located in the north‑west part of Milan, between Villapizzone, Bovisa and Certosa, an area increasingly chosen by students, researchers and professionals thanks to its proximity to universities, hospitals and innovation hubs.
