- €2,200.00 monthly rent;
- €400.00 condominium fees;
- €350.00 utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi);
- €200.00/month for a monthly cleaning service.
Total monthly cost: €3.150,00

One-time costs (to be paid upon signing the contract):
- €2,200.00 security deposit (refundable at the end of the stay if the apartment is returned in good condition);
- €250.00 (VAT included) for customer care services (daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, and in-person key handover and return;
- €350.00 (VAT included) for final cleaning.
