Check-in can be arranged from 11:00 to 18:00.

Monthly rates:
• 1.700,00€ for monthly rent
• 300,00€ for building fees
• 300,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas, wifi)
• 150,00€/month for for one service per month of the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, balconies);
Total of monthly cost: 2.450,00€

You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts:
• 1.700€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK);
• 200,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence.
• 250,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning

Linen is not included.

The neighborhood is residential and relaxed, just steps away from the Navigli area, with shops, supermarkets, bars, and public transport nearby. Getting to Milan’s main universities is easy, whether by bus or bike:

Bocconi: 10 minutes by bike – 15 minutes by bus
NABA: 10 minutes by bike – 15 minutes by bus
Cattolica: 15 minutes by bike – 25 minutes by bus
Politecnico (Leonardo): 25 minutes by bike – 35 minutes by bus
