This one-bedroom apartment is located at Via Lambruschini 7, in Milan’s Bovisa district — an area that has seen significant transformation in recent years. • 1.250,00€ for monthly rent (*)
• 150,00€ for building fees

Total of monthly cost: 1.600,00€
You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts:
• 1.200€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK);
• 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence.
• 200,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning
Linen is not included.
(*) Please note that the “monthly rent” includes a 5% fee (plus VAT) payable by the tenant for booking management and administrative services related to the stay.
This fee will be invoiced separately and deducted from the rent indicated in the contract.
