- €1,300.00/month: rent (*);
- €200.00/month: condominium fees;
- €200.00/month: utilities (gas, water, electricity, wifi);
Total monthly costs: €1,700.00

One-off costs:
- €1,300.00: security deposit (which will be refunded after checking the condition of the apartment at check-out);
- €170.00: customer care (every day from 9 am to 9 pm), contract opening and closing costs, check-in and check-out in person;
- €200.00: final cleaning after check-out;
Total one-off costs: €1,670.00
Linen is not included.

(*) Please note that the “monthly rent” includes a 5% fee plus VAT payable by the tenant for booking management and administrative services related to the stay.
This fee will be invoiced separately to the tenant and will be deducted from the rental amount stated in the lease agreement.
