This part of the city is the union of two neighborhoods: the first is developed around corso XXII marzo, which has the tram and pavé pavé typical of Milan and features Liberty style buildings. The second, around Corso Plebisciti has become one of the most beautiful streets in the stretch that goes from the intersection with Via Piolti de’ Bianchi and Via Compagnoni. The road seems to be revived, greener, few parked cars, lush trees, flowerbeds planted in meadow and a bike path.

The apartment consists of an entrance that leads to a large and bright living area, equipped with a sofa bed, TV and dining area. The kitchen is spacious, the bathroom has a shower, and there is a double bedroom with its wardrobe.

The apartment enjoys an extremely convenient location to reach the center of Milan. Thanks to the new metro line M4, you can reach Piazza del Duomo in just 20 minutes and Linate Airport in just 20 minutes. In addition, Corso Indipendenza and Corso Ventidue Marzo are easily reachable on foot in just 10 minutes.

Check-in can be arranged from 11:00 to 18:00.

Monthly rates:
• 1.300,00€ for monthly rent (*);
• 300,00€ for building fees;
• 250,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas);
Total of monthly cost: 1.850,00€.

You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts:
• 1.300€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK);
• 230,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning;
• 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence.
Linen is not included.

(*) Please note that the “monthly rent” includes a 5% fee plus VAT, payable by the tenant, for booking management and administrative procedures related to the stay. This fee will be invoiced separately to the tenant and deducted from the rental amount stated in the contract.

The neighbourhood: Via Compagnoni, between Indipendenza, Risorgimento and Susa

The apartment is located in Via Giuseppe Compagnoni, in an elegant and well-connected residential area in eastern Milan, between Indipendenza, Risorgimento, Susa and Porta Vittoria. It is an ideal location for anyone looking for a comfortable base to experience Milan without staying in the busiest tourist areas, while still being just a few minutes from the city’s main points of interest.

The neighbourhood has an authentic Milanese feel: period buildings, tidy streets, local shops, cafés for breakfast, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and everyday services are all within easy walking distance. The area is quiet and residential, yet lively and convenient at the same time. Corso Indipendenza, Piazza Risorgimento, Dateo and Porta Vittoria offer a great mix of local neighbourhood life, fast connections and proximity to the city centre.

One of the strongest advantages of the area is mobility. From Via Compagnoni, you can easily reach M4 Susa and the Dateo / Porta Vittoria area, with very convenient connections to San Babila, Sant’Ambrogio, Linate Airport and the rest of Milan’s metro network.

It is an excellent location for students, professionals and medium-term stays: central enough to move around the city quickly, but more comfortable and liveable than the most touristy areas.
