Total of monthly cost: 1.350,00€

You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts:
• 850,00€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK);
• 170,00 € (VAT included) customer care (every day from 9.00 to 21.00), opening and closing of the rental agreement, delivery and collection of keys in attendance.
• 200,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning;

Linen is not included.

IMPORTANT!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send the landlord the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs not collected from ****** (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.

IMPORTANTE!!! Ricorda che entro e non oltre 3 giorni lavorativi prima della data di check-in dovrai inviare al proprietario i documenti richiesti per il contratto di affitto e pagare la prima rata di oneri accessori non riscossi da ****** (utenze, spese condominiali, pulizia finale, admin fee). Se la documentazione e il pagamento non saranno inoltrati nei tempi richiesti, la tua data di check-in potrà essere posticipata.
