E' la stanza più grande dell'appartamento ed è dotata di un letto ad una piazza e mezza, armadio a 3 ante, scrivania XL con portaoggetti, ampia libreria, specchio, scarpiera, divano a 2 posti.
I colori delle pareti favoriscono il buon umore e aiutano nello studio.
Situato al 2° piano, luminoso e spazioso. È composto da un comodo ingresso che funge anche da zona studio, una grande cucina abitabile, un bagno con doccia, 4 suite singole con letto alla francese.
L'appartamento è ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre agli studenti. Dotato di Wi-Fi, lavatrice, cucina equipaggiata anche di tutti gli accessori base.
PERIODI: da Set a Feb O da Mar ad Ago O da Set ad Ago.
PAGAMENTI:
Come conferma della prenotazione è dovuto il primo mese + la Admin Fee
Il restante importo verrà corrisposto in 4 rate trimestrali per periodi di locazione di almeno 10 mesi o in 2 rate trimestrali negli altri casi.
La prima rata sarà pagata al momento del check-in dopo il controllo della camera

It is the largest room in the apartment and is equipped with a queen-size bed, 3-door wardrobe, XL desk with storage, large bookcase, mirror, shoe rack, 2-seater sofa.
The colors of the walls promote a good mood and help you study.
Located on the 2nd floor, bright and spacious. It is composed of a large entrance used also as study common area, a wide kitchen, a bathroom with shower, 4 single suites with French beds.
The apartment is renovated according to everything our students need. Equipped with Wi-Fi, washing machine, kitchen also equipped with all basic accessories.
PERIODS: from Sep to Feb OR from Mar to Aug OR from Sep to Aug.
PAYMENTS:
The first month's fee + the Admin Fee is due as confirmation of the booking
The remaining amount will be paid in 4 quarterly installments for rental periods of at least 10 months or in 2 quarterly installments in other cases.
The first installment will be paid at check-in after the room has been checked

Per periodi più brevi si applica il seguente supplemento:

- 50€ per 11 mesi di affitto dal 1° settembre al 31 luglio
- 90€ per 10 mesi di affitto dal 1° settembre al 30 giugno.

Il locatore accetta solo prenotazioni da parte di studenti di età compresa tra i 18 e i 29 anni.

For shorter periods the following surcharge applies:

- 90€ for 10 months rental from September 1st to June 30th

The Landlord only accepts bookings from students between 18 and 29 years old.
