The bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the building. There is also a beautiful park called "Parco Urbano" just behind the building. The flat offers amenities such as a private car park and a garage for bicycles. All necessary kitchen equipment, including a microwave, cutlery, pans, oven, and fridge, is provided. Additionally, there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Please note that the flat has been recently refurbished so you may find additional furniture and different wall colours.

In addition to the rent, the monthly bills of 140 euros (all-inclusive) cover internet, heating, gas, electricity, etc. The rental period is by semester: September to January (first semester, 5 months) and February to July (second semester, 6 months).
