The bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the building. There is also a beautiful park called "Parco Urbano" just behind the building. The flat offers amenities such as a private car park and a garage for bicycles. All necessary kitchen equipment, including a microwave, cutlery, pans, oven, and fridge, is provided. Additionally, there is a washing machine in the bathroom.

In addition to the rent, the monthly bills of 140 euros (all-inclusive) cover internet, heating, gas, electricity, etc. The rental period is by semester: September to January (first semester, 5 months) and February to July (second semester, 6 months).
