ROOM 2 - A brand new cozy room
This cozy room is furnished with everything you need: a wardrobe with hangers and drawers, a full-size bed (200x120cm) with a night table and lamp and a desk with a matching chair.

One-shot admin fee: contract registration, third-party insurance, linen and towel package, room initial and final cleaning, garbage tax.

Monthly utilities (paid in advance every month) include heating, electricity, water, internet, and weekly cleaning of shared spaces.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

The admin fee is due within 48 hours from the acceptance of your booking and paid directly to the landlord. If the landlord doesn't receive the Admin fee within 48 hours, the booking will not be confirmed and the landlord is free to cancel it. The admin fee is fully refunded in case of cancellation at least 45 calendar days prior to the first day of your contract and refunded at 50% for cancellations at least 30 calendar days prior to the first day of your contract

The security deposit must be paid prior to check-in according to the Landlord's instructions and is 100% refundable in the event of cancellation of the booking and/or at the end of the stay upon release of the rented accommodation without damage.

Check out must be done within 12.00 noon.
