The accommodation is in an ideal logistical location: a 10-minute walk from the Isola district and the Garibaldi region, a short distance from the main tourist attractions of the Milan.



Space

The property has been completely restyled, restored, and equipped with brand new furniture, domestic appliances, electric system, bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, and kitchen equipment.

Restoration works ended in May 2021.

When entering the apartment you will find the living room with a 3-seat sofa, smart TV, fast internet connection, dining area, and a fully furnished kitchen (including a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher.) Thanks to the fine details of this space, and its playful color palette, this place truly is a joy for the eye and provides a good atmosphere.

Moving on, you will find a small corridor that leads to the elegant bathroom with a large shower, and the master bedroom completed with a double-size bed, a large built-in closet.

In the basement level, a cozy room with a dinner table, a sofa and a wooden stove.

Every element has been carefully chosen to create a harmonious space to provide our guests with a comfortable and relaxed experience. A beautiful get-away, your island of happiness.

The unit comes with air conditioning throughout the whole space, and a Fiber Option WiFi connection.

Neighbourhood

Our apartment is in the heart of the vibrant and upcoming area Isola. It is a charming area; you will really feel the vibrant life within the streets of everyday life.

Food and drinks:

The area is full of great various restaurants and fun bars. Only few steps away you may find every type of worldwide cosine from typical Italian to Mexican, Asian or Indian.

Besides that, the area also has a lot of ambient bars and terraces to enjoy a classic ‘aperitivo’, (a drink with some bites before dinner) which is typically Milanese. If you feel like staying in and making use of the nice spaces we provide, you will find three supermarkets next door. The closest one is not even 2 minutes by walk.

Furthermore, we are close to fun areas such as Corso Como and Moscova (very nice to have a drink), and places such as the famous jazz café Bluenote and the club Alcatraz.



Getting around

The closest connections regarding the metro are the yellow line and the green line. The yellow line connects directly with Duomo (the center of Milano) and the green one with the central station and Garibaldi station (also walkable.) The train stop is just around the corner.

In the same street you also can find a bike sharing station where easily you can rent a bike and cycle around Milan.

The convenient thing about Milan is that the city is big enough to explore, yet small enough to do that by walking. Everything is accessible thanks to the good metro- and train connections, but most are also perfectly doable by walk.

**IMPORTANT THING TO KNOW**

- Lead guest must be over 21 years old and sign a short-term agreement upon arrival for insurance, fiscal, and legal purposes.

- All guests must provide a valid ID through a secure link; failure to do so will result in entry refusal due to Italian Police regulations.

- Stays over 30 nights require a tenancy agreement (contratto transitorio) by Italian law.
