The apartment has a total of 6 bathrooms, 3 bathroom of which one is private and two are shared, a kitchen and a living room. The cost of bills is not included in rental price and is equal to 150 euros monthly, fixed cost. Please be aware that bed linen and towels won't be provided, therefore tenants will have to bring their owns. On the other hand, a blanket is provided. Exceptional location: Located in a safe neighbourhood full of services, a few steps from Villa Borghese. In the immediate proximity you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, wine bars, restaurants and much more. The apartment: Refined and well-kept common spaces, including a very large living room perfect for relaxing. It is necessary for tenants to have an Italian tax code in order to register the contract regularly. Cleaning fee is 10 euros per tenant, weekly.



[Cancellation Policy]
Your 1st rent will be 100% refunded if you cancel up to 60 days before the contract start date or you'll get a 50% refund if you cancel up to 30 days.
