Viale Argonne is a perfect place for those who want to spend time outdoors, play sports or simply relax. It is an oasis of tranquility and well-being in the heart of Milan.

Our lovely two-level loft is situated on the ground floor.

Main Level // the open-plan living area seamlessly transitions from dining to lounging, inviting relaxation and connection. A plush sofa, easily transformed into a cozy bed, offers versatile accommodation for your discerning guests.

Kitchen // the fully equipped kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and ample counter space, ready to ignite your passion for cooking.

Upper Level // ascend the stylish staircase to the upper level, where a serene retreat awaits. The master bedroom, adorned with a luxurious queen-size bed, provides a tranquil sanctuary after a day of exploring Milan's vibrant streets.

Neighbourhood

Viale Argonne is an avenue approximately 2 kilometers long located in the Greco-Bovisio district, north of Milan. It has recently been redeveloped and is now a true symbol of the new urban regeneration of the city.

The avenue is flanked by a large public garden, with a perfectly manicured green lawn, a cycle path and numerous areas equipped for sports and leisure. Trees, football fields, gyms, rides for the younger ones and bowling alleys for the less young: Viale Argonne, one of Milan's historic streets, now resembles a playground for all tastes.



Getting around

The apartment is close to bus, tram and metro stops.

**IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW**

- TOURIST CITY TAX: €4.50 per person per night (maximum 15 nights), Children under 18 free of charge.

- Lead guest must be over 21 years old and sign a short-term agreement upon arrival for insurance, fiscal, and legal purposes.
