Large apartment newly renovated in the heart of Florence with exquisite decorations, can accommodate comfortably up to 6 people.
Space
The apartment is located on the third floor (long flights and no elevator) of a historic building and can accommodate up to six guests. It’s just a short walk from the iconic cathedral (Duomo).
The apartment features three bedrooms: one with a double-size bed and two with twin beds.
The spacious living area seamlessly connects to an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen.
Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to capture the charm of old Florentine residences, featuring original earthenware tile flooring, a vaulted ceiling with exposed timber beams, an evocative but non-functional stone fireplace for safety reasons, and refined furnishings that reflect Italian tradition. The upper floor is further enhanced by period tile flooring, exposed timbers, and elegant portraits.

As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
Check in hours: 3pm till 7pm
Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:
From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)
From 7pm to 8pm: €25
From 8pm to 10pm: €35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.

Neighbourhood
Situated in Florence's most exclusive neighborhood, Via Tornabuoni, the area is known for its high-end boutiques and chic cafes. This street is home to luxury fashion houses like Gucci, Prada, Burberry, and Tiffany & Co. The stylish cafes along the street offer specialty drinks and gourmet finger foods. Nearby, Cantinetta Antinori, located in the prestigious Palazzo Antinori, serves as an enoteca where the noble Florentine family still resides and conducts business. Just off Via Tornabuoni is Caffe Giacosa, owned by Roberto Cavalli.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Age Requirement: The primary guest must be over 21 years old and will sign a short-term agreement at check-in for insurance, tax, and legal reasons.
Identification: All guests must provide a valid ID at check-in in compliance with Italian police regulations through a secure link. Failure to do so will result in denied entry.
Long-term Stays: By Italian law, stays over 30 nights require a tenancy agreement.
No Smoking
No Pets
Noise Restrictions: Strictly no parties or loud noises. Please be considerate of noise levels when entering and exiting the flat, especially after 11 PM.
Visitors: No external guests in the apartment without prior written approval, as per police regulations.
Cleaning Fee: Covers check-out cleaning only. Please maintain cleanliness, including kitchen clean-up (no leftover dirty dishes or garbage). Additional charges may apply for non-compliance.
Electricity Usage notice: Italian homes have a limited electricity capacity. Using multiple appliances simultaneously may trip the main switch. To reset the power, turn off the devices before switching the electricity back on. The main switch, a white box, will be pointed out to you upon arrival.
Plumbing: Only toilet paper should be flushed. Disposing of other items, especially feminine products, can cause blockages and may incur damage charges.
Heating Regulations: Per local laws in Florence (zone D), heating is permitted only from November 1 to April 15.
Lost Keys: A fee of €100 will be charged for each lost key set.
