Welcome to the perfect place to start your new life in the city! This fully renovated residence is designed exclusively for university students offering a safe, friendly, and vibrant environment where you can truly feel at home.

The residence is spread across three connected buildings, thoughtfully designed to support both your academic life and your everyday comfort. You’ll have access to a dedicated study room for maximum focus, as well as welcoming relaxation areas where you can unwind and connect with other students.
An on-site concierge is available to assist, making your experience smooth and stress-free. The property also features a pleasant inner courtyard with secure bike parking, ideal for those who like to move around the city easily.
For added convenience, a coin-operated laundromat is located just across the street, and we are currently working on securing special discounts for our residents.

All rooms feature the same modern style and amenities, creating a comfortable living experience. Rooms may have slight variations, adding its own character, especially in the type of window which can be a roof window, a french window, or a standard window. If you have a preference, you are welcome to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

Apartments may vary slightly in size and layout, particularly in the number of rooms and bathrooms. Depending on availability, you will share the apartment with 2 to 9 tenants, while bathrooms may range from 2 to 3 per unit. This allocation is managed based on availability and will be assigned on a random basis, so the final arrangement can only be confirmed once all bookings are completed. If you have a preference, you are welcome to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

Important Information:
What’s included in the rent
All bills are included: electricity, water, gas, heating, Wi-Fi and waste disposal. In case of misuse of utilities resulting in unusually high bills, an equal adjustment may be applied to all tenants (see sublease contract for details).
Entry Fee – €300 (one-time)
This lump sum covers:
- Contract registration and stamp duties
- Initial cleaning before check-in
- Standard check-in
Before check-in, we require:
- Signed contract
- Entry fee payment
- One-month security deposit
Check-in
Available Monday to Friday, from 14:00 to 17:00. For arrivals outside these hours (weekends, holidays, or late evenings), flexible check-in may be possible for an additional fee of €50.
Please note
The space is delivered fully furnished, but bedding (pillows, sheets, blankets) is not included.
The kitchen includes basic essentials (plates, glasses, cutlery).
