The apartment is located in a very convenient area, perfect for reaching all the University Faculties in the Portello area (Economics, Engineering, Psychology, etc.) and Via Marzolo (Physics, Chemistry, etc.) in just a few minutes on foot.

Furthermore, the apartment is in a strategic position: it is a ten-minute walk from the main squares, such as Piazza delle Erbe and Piazza dei Signori. Nearby you can also find various libraries and university canteens, but also the PAM Supermarket, as well as tobacconists, pharmacies, bakeries, and much more.

The area is also very convenient for getting around by public transport: the bus stop is a 1-minute walk from the apartment. The train station, instead, is only 5 minutes away.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:

✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration

⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

🔔 Please note: Rent payments are made bimonthly or quarterly.
