The Apartment has just been renovated and furnished with new furniture in a Modern Minimal Style. It is made up of: Living Relax Entry Hall, a wide Fully Equipped Kitchen, 5 bright Single Rooms, 2 Bathrooms (one with a Shower) and large Terraces.

The apartment can be easily reached with the public transportation: the Tram Stop is in front of the apartment and several bus lines run in via Aspetti.

Moreover, in the neighborhood, you can find many stores: The Supermarket Despar is 1 minute walk away, but in the surroundings you can also find the Cinema, many pizzerias, restaurants, drugstores, and many other stores.

The apartment is very convenient to reach the humanistic faculties (Languages, Letters, etc.) less than 10 minutes away on foot, and the faculties of the Portello area (Economics, Engineering, Psychology, etc.), reachable in 10 minutes by bike.

THE COST OF ROOM A WITH DOUBLE BED IS 450€

Besides, to the price of the room, 80 € for our ALL-INCLUSIVE FORMULA will be added. This includes:

- All the expenses for the condominium
- Unlimited Internet Wi-FI
- Assistance service in case of Maintenance Works
- An Apartment Manager at your disposal to help you in everything you need
The rental agreements are individual.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:

✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration

⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
