The apartment is very wide and bright, and it is made up of: Living Relax Entry Hall with TV, Open Plan Kitchen-Living Room, 5 Single Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, a covered Terrace with a wonderful view over the city of (hidden).

You can use it to study outdoor, but also to have a drink with your housemates and friends while enjoying the fantastic view and the sunsets. The apartment is in a strategic position to use the public transports: practically all the buses and the tram stop in Piazzale della Stazione.

The zone is right in the city centre: by walking for a few minutes you can reach the Old Town, the main Squares and many University buildings (Psychology, Engineering, Economy, Literature, etc). In the neighbourhood you can find any service: supermarkets, banks, restaurants, a gym centre, the MacDonald’s, the KFC and many other shops.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:

✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration

⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

🔔 Please note: Rent payments are made bimonthly or quarterly.
