The building is located in the heart of Padua, 1 minute walk from the station and 10 minutes’ walk from the main Squares.

The apartment is in a very convenient area, perfect for reaching in 10-15 minutes on foot all the University Faculties of the Portello area (Economics, Engineering, Psychology, etc.), of Via Marzolo (Physics, Chemistry, etc.) and of via Beato Pellegrino (Languages, Letters, etc.).

The area is also very lively and perfect for the student’s life: a few steps from the apartment, there are the wonderful Giardini dell’Arena, a large park filled with many kiosks where young people go for a drink or to have a walk with friends in total relaxation.

Even essential services are close at hand: the PAM and the Despar supermarket are a 5-minute walk from the apartment and in Corso del Popolo you will find several bars, tobacconists, pharmacies, banks and all kinds of shops.
The area is also very convenient for getting around by public transport: several buses and even the tram run through Corso del Popolo.

THE PRICE OF ROOM "A" WITH SINGLE BED IS 440€

Besides, to the price of the room, 80€ for our ALL-INCLUSIVE FORMULA will be added. This includes:

- All the expenses for the condominium
- Optical Fiber Internet Wi-FI
- Assistance service in case of Maintenance Works
- An Apartment Manager at your disposal to help you in everything you need

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:

✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration

⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
