The newly renovated apartment has very large spaces and is located in an independent house divided onto two floors: on the ground floor there is a huge fully-equipped kitchen, 1 shared bathroom and 3 single rooms (one of which has a PRIVATE BATHROOM). On the 1st floor, there are 4 single rooms (one of which has a WITH PRIVATE BATHROOM) and 1 shared bathroom.

The apartment also has large terraces and an internal courtyard, very convenient for spending some time outdoors.

The house is in a beautiful residential neighbourhood, a 15-minute walk from Piazza Duomo and the other squares of Padua. The humanities faculties (History, Literature, Languages, etc.) are less than 10 minutes by bike from the apartment.

The area also has all essential services at hand: the Eurospar supermarket is a 5-minute walk from the apartment, but in Via Palestro you will also find pharmacies, bicycle shops, bars and many other services. In addition, in the nearby there are many trendy pubs where young people and students go.

The area is also very convenient for getting around by public transport: Line 9 passes through the street and it allows you to reach every area of Padua in a few minutes.

THE PRICE OF SINGLE ROOM "A" WITH SINGLE BED IS 400€

Besides, to the price of the room, 80 € for our ALL-INCLUSIVE FORMULA will be added. This includes:
-All the bills (Electricity, Water, Gas, Heating)
-All the condominium fees
- Optical Fiber Internet Wi-FI
- Assistance service in case of Maintenance Works
- An Apartment Manager at your disposal to help you in everything you need

You will also have a (hidden) group of the apartment in case of need or emergency and to communicate with your Apartment Manager. We will intervene with our technicians, so you will not have to worry about anything 😊

The rental contracts are individual.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:

✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration

⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
