The six rooms have recently undergone an elegant renovation in terms of interior design and furnishings.
IMPORTANT: please note that in the images there is a double bed, it will be change with a single one!

All rooms, available exclusively for NON-smokers, are equipped with a private bathroom featuring a hairdryer and courtesy set, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, and a TV.

The property is only 1.5 km (a 20-minute walk) from the Verona Fiere Exhibition Centre, Borgo Roma Hospital, and the University. A bus stop just 5 minutes away on foot connects to the train station in 10 minutes and Piazza Bra in 15 minutes.
The Verona Sud motorway entrance is reachable in 12 minutes.

The space

Ground floor: entrance area, reception/common area with sink, lockers, refrigerator, tables and chairs, and rooms A, B, and C.

First floor: rooms D, E, and F.

All rooms have a private bathroom with shower and bidet, and are furnished with a three-(hidden)ize bed or double bed, wardrobe, nightstands, and desk.

Included services: Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, independent heating, and free parking.

An additional €80 is required for the ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE, which includes:

All condominium fees

Unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi

Maintenance support service

A dedicated Apartment Manager always available for your needs

A (hidden) group is available for the apartment to manage any need or emergency and to communicate directly with your designated Apartment Manager.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:

✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration

⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
