The street is also strategic for the use of public transports: The bus stop is in front of the building and there you can also catch the buses to go to Venice.
Moreover, the Tram Stop is 50 metres away, in Via Cappuccina.

The apartment is made up of: 5 Single Bedrooms, 2 Large Bathrooms with shower/ bathtub, a Living Relax Room and a Kitchen with a Terrace.

The rental agreements are individual.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:

✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration

⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
