THE SPACE:
This spacious and finely furnished flat is located on the first floor. The space is divided into a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, 2 separate double bedrooms, a full kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace overlooking a private inner courtyard! The flat can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests!

BEDROOMS:
There are two bedrooms, each with comfortable queen-size beds that will help you relax from city stress. They are well-lit thanks to the large windows and are very spacious to allow all the freedom our guests dream of.
Both rooms have a private desk that is very useful for smart working and large wardrobes with drawers to store all your personal belongings.
The master bedroom also has a comfortable sofa for a good night's rest!

PRIVATE BATHROOM:
The bathroom offers a walk-in shower with a waterfall jet, complete sanitary ware, hair dryer and Welcome Kit with shower shampoo, intimate hygiene, soap and headphones.

LIVING ROOM:
The spacious living room is located at the entrance of the flat on the left, present Smart-TV FullHD 42 inches with Netflix (free of charge) and comfortable

You can conveniently access the facility independently and at any time thanks to the practical key safe.
