THE SPACE:
Finely renovated flat is located on the first floor with lift. The space is divided into 2 separate double bedrooms (one with a private terrace), a living room with kitchen and a fully equipped bathroom. The flat can accommodate 4 guests + 2 children on request thanks to the sofa bed (length 1.3 m).
BEDROOMS:
There are two bedrooms, each with comfortable queen-size beds that will help you relax from city stress. They are well-lit thanks to the large windows and very spacious to give you all the freedom our guests dream of.
Both rooms are equipped with private 32" HD TVs, LED lights in various colours that can be changed, mirrors and large wardrobes with drawers to store all your personal belongings.
The master bedroom also has its own private terrace!
PRIVATE BATHROOM:
The designer bathroom offers a walk-in shower with a waterfall jet, complete sanitary ware, hair dryer and Welcome Kit with shower shampoo, intimate hygiene, soap and shower caps.
LIVING ROOM:
The open plan living room is located at the entrance of the flat, present Smart-TV FullHD 4K 50 inches with Netflix (free of charge) and sofa (sofa bed for children if needed).
COMPLETE KITCHEN:
The refined and elegant kitchen is complete with every comfort without sacrificing design, you will find: fridge, freezer, hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses, coffee cups, pots and pans. Complete with spices and kitchen accessories, in short, nothing is missing.
Next to it is a comfortable dining table for up to six people.
You can access the facility independently and at any time thanks to the convenient smart lock!
For all eventualities Simone is always at your disposal offering H24 assistance.

You can reach the charming Giardini Pubblici, Piazza Unità, Piazza della Borsa and the Central Station on foot in just 20 minutes (1.5 km) and Corso Italia in 10 minutes (900 m).
For those coming by car:
There are free car parks along the road (you have to be lucky), a few steps away there are also two covered pay car parks: 'Parking Saba Foro Ulpiano' and 'Parking Saba Ospedale Maggiore' (8/10 minute walk).
For those travelling on foot:
The two nearest bus stops (250 m) are at Via Polonio corner Via Battisti (Bus Line No. 22) and Via Rossetti 25 corner Via Stuparich (Bus Line No. 22).
The house is situated in a particularly strategic location, just a few minutes' walk from the historic centre and Piazza Unità d'Italia.
You will also have the opportunity to visit the Historical Museum and the Park of Miramare Castle (about 10 km), located in an enchanting panoramic area that slopes down to the sea.
