THE SPACE:
Newly structured design flat located on the ground floor, very cool in the summer and mild in the colder months. The space is divided into a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. The flat can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests!

LIVING ROOM:
As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by a beautiful living area, tastefully furnished and equipped with a comfortable sofa bed where you can relax and socialise. There is also a fantastic FullHD Smart-TV with Netflix (free of charge). The modern design of the living room offers an atmosphere that will make you feel at home!

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN:
The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Equipped with quality appliances and cooking utensils, you will find everything you need to satisfy your culinary needs. There is also a table with 4 places to enjoy meals with your loved ones.

BEDROOM:
The bedroom is an oasis of tranquillity and design, like the rest of the house. It houses a very comfortable queen-size bed that will help you relax from city stress, large wardrobes to store all your personal belongings and a very useful desk for smart working! The elegant furnishings and soothing colours will ensure you have a peaceful and rejuvenating night's sleep. All necessary bed linen and towels will be provided to ensure maximum comfort during your trip.

PRIVATE BATHROOM:
The designer bathroom offers a very spacious walk-in shower with a waterfall jet, washbasin and toilet. There is also a hair dryer and Welcome Kit with shower shampoo, toiletries, soap and shower caps.
