Our brand-new apartment is located right in the center of Mestre, in Via Carducci 66, on the 2nd floor.

The apartment is two steps away from Piazza Donatori del Sangue, where all the pedestrian area begins: it’s in the Old Town of Mestre, next to the Main Squares such as Piazza Ferretto and Piazza Barche, 3 minutes’ walk from the apartment.

In the neighborhood you can find several services: In Via Carducci there are two Supermarkets, the Simply and the IN’S, the Public Library where many students gather to study, the Gym John Reed, but also many bars, restaurants and pubs where young people go.

The neighborhood is ideal also if you have to use the public transports: the bus stop Carducci-Felisati is just in front of the apartment and there you can also catch both the bus to go to Venice and the night buses. The Tram stop is 50 meters away, in Via Cappuccina. This way, you’ll be in Venice in 10 minutes.

The apartment is made up of 6 Single Rooms, a fully equipped Kitchen, wide Terraces, 2 shared Bathrooms with showers and a big entrance.


THE PRICES OF SUITE ROOM "D" WITH DOUBLE BED and INTERNAL LIVING ROOM IS 500€

Besides, to the price of the room, 80 € for our ALL-INCLUSIVE FORMULA will be added. This includes:
-All the bills (Electricity, Water, Gas, Heating)
- All the expenses for the condominium
- Optical Fiber Internet Wi-FI
- Assistance service in case of Maintenance Works
- An Apartment Manager at your disposal to help you in everything you need

You will also have a whatsap group of the apartment in case of need or emergency and to communicate with your Apartment Manager. We will intervene with our technicians, so you will not have to worry about anything 😊

The rental agreements are individual.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:

✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration

⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
