In this residence, only university students, curricular interns and PhD students (researchers) are accepted. You will have to provide a university acceptance letter of acceptance or a curricular internship agreement to confirm your reservation. NOT ALL ROOMS HAVE A BALCONY. ROOMS WITH BALCONIES WILL BE ASSIGNED DEPENDING ON THE AVAILABILITY AT THE MOMENT OF THE BOOKING The apartments are located between ground and 3rd floor. The floor of your apartment will depend on the availability at the moment of the booking.
This residence is exclusively for university students, curricular interns, and PhD candidates. To confirm your booking, you must provide proof of university enrollment or a valid internship agreement.
IMPORTANT: This Residence only accepts++booking requests with check-out either in January/February or at least on 15/08

💰 Fees & Requirements
Admin fee: €300 (due after booking confirmation)
Deposit (due before check-in)
Final cleaning fee: €150 (mandatory)
Contract must be signed before check-in
Note: No contract registration at the Agenzia delle Entrate
Guests: Overnight guests are not allowed
Mixed-gender apartments: Shared rooms are always assigned by gender

IMPORTANT: Please note that certain decorative items featured in the pictures are for aesthetic purposes only and will not be present in the rented room.
IMPORTANT: Please note that all the apartments are gender mixed, but if you book a bed in a shared room the Landlord will ensure that you will share the room with a tenant of your same gender.
