It is furnished in a modern and functional style and equipped with all the latest technologies. It features marble floors, latest-generation noise-reducing fixtures, air conditioning in every room and central heating, adjustable via thermostat. We are located right next to the Delcisa Gallerani park, a short distance from Viale Sandro Pertini, the road that quickly takes you to the city center, in the context of a neighborhood well served by commercial activities and public transportation.
Once you cross the threshold you find yourself in the entrance hall, which in turn opens onto a pleasant living room, extremely pleasant to live in and flooded with light coming from the large French window of the balcony, with its scenic view of the Basilica of San Luca. The relaxation area offers guests a 43” Smart TV and a comfortable 3-person sofa. A white round table for 4 is located right in front of the open kitchen, which was custom-made with elegant wall units in shades of gray, is fully equipped, as well as equipped with an electric oven, column fridge, induction hob, toaster, electric kettle and coffee machine.
The sleeping area is reached via a short corridor and offers two intimate and welcoming bedrooms, both equipped with a smart working station and a spacious wardrobe with two sliding doors. The large master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm), while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (80 x 200 cm), which can be joined to form a second double bed.

Completano le dotazioni la lavatrice, un comodo sgabuzzino utile a riporre le valige ed il corredo delle pulizie nonché una piccola e luminosa veranda, ricavata dietro la cucina ed affacciata sul balcone. Si tratta di un appartamento ben equipaggiato, capace di farti sentire a casa grazie a tutte le dotazioni ed ai comfort di cui dispone.

Situato non lontano dalle Terme Felsinee, l’appartamento sorge in prossimità dell'importante Ospedale Maggiore, dello Stadio dall'Ara ed dell'Unipol Arena. L’immobile è facilmente raggiungibile con l'auto grazie alla vicinanza con la circonvallazione di Bologna e permette allo stesso tempo di arrivare molto velocemente al centro storico tramite viale Sandro Pertini.
