Welcome to our elegant one-bedroom apartment, ideally located just a short walk from Milan’s Central Station. Situated on the first floor of a quiet and sophisticated compound, this stylish and comfortable space is perfect for up to two guests.



The bedroom features a cozy double bed, while the large, bright open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen provide plenty of space to relax. The living room has a sofa, and a TV, Step out onto the private balcony, where you'll find a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.



The apartment comes with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a family bathroom with a shower, ensuring a comfortable stay. Whether you're here for business or leisure, our apartment offers the perfect mix of style, space, and convenience.



Access

For added convenience, guests can easily check in at their own pace with our self-check-in system, allowing for flexibility in your travel plans. You will receive a secure link to provide your info.

Our apartment overlooks the restored historic Cascina Conti, a prime example of urban regeneration.

From here, you’ll have excellent transport connections: the Central Station itself is a major railway hub with high-speed trains to other Italian cities, while multiple metro lines (M2 and M3) allow quick access to Milan’s top attractions like the Duomo, Sforza Castle, and the fashion district. Both Malpensa and Linate airports are easily reachable by train or shuttle, making it an ideal base for your stay.
