Smart Studio Low
Each of our rooms is furnished with everything you need to make your university years an unforgettable experience We offer you a comfortable environment, in which to feel safe and forge relationships that will accompany you throughout your studies and beyond.

The Smart Studio Low is a studio with private bathroom located on floors 0-3 of the building. The size of the main room is around 15 square meters. The room is furnished with a 120 cm bed, a wardrobe and storage shelves, a study area with desk and chair and finally a living area with table, two stools and a kitchen with sink, refrigerator, induction hob, electric and microwave oven The heating is centralized and the room is equipped with a practical thermostat to manage the internal temperature. The private bathroom measures approximately 4 square meters and is equipped with a comfortable shower.
