Si affitta un appartamento composto da una camera matrimoniale ed un divano-letto.
Il bagno è illuminato da luci di design, dagli elementi in ceramica bianca. Mettiamo a disposizione un kit di cortesia con shampoo, bagnoschiuma e sapone mani, oltre agli elettrodomestici come un asciugacapelli e lavatrice.
La cucina è dotata di elettrodomestici moderni, come un piano cottura a induzione, un ampio frigorifero, un forno, bollitore, tostapane, macchina del caffè NESPRESSO e tutti gli utensili necessari per la preparazione e consumazione dei tuoi pasti.

Dopo aver terminato la procedura di check-in online
tramite Vikey, verrà inviato il link per poter aprire il portone
del palazzo tramite il proprio smartphone e recuperare le
chiavi della porta di casa all’interno di una cassetta di
sicurezza. Durante il soggiorno si useranno le chiavi
fisiche sia per aprire il portone del palazzo che la porta di
casa. Rimarrà comunque attiva la possibilità di aprire il
solo portone del palazzo con il proprio smartphone.

UTENZE E COSTI.
1100€ comprensivo di utenze. La pulizia e il cambio
biancheria saranno appannaggio dell’ospite.

Appartamento dotato si sef check-in con Vikey. Per il
primo mese i documenti verranno acquisiti tramite la
procedura di self check-in. Per i mesi successivi al
primo, si procederà con regolare contratto transitorio
registrato.
