Very nice and functional apartment for one or two people in a strategic area of ​​the city, very well served by public transport and close to the center of Milan. The area has recently been redeveloped with new buildings and the park in Piazza Portello and the reconstruction of the City Life area. The apartment is a single room divided into living area with kitchenette and sleeping area with a comfortable double bed, which can be divided into two single beds. The house is fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary to make your stay easy. ***IMPORTANT SPECIAL CONDTITIONS*** For this apartment the following rental condtions applies: 1) Electricty is not included but paid upon consumption (0,50€ kw/h). Gas, water, common costs, internet are included with no limits. 2) Not only passport and italian fiscal code are required, but also VISA or Permit of Stay (or receipt of request of the Permit of Stay).

RENTAL CONDITION:
- The monthly rent includes 50€ electricity and gas utilities for studios, 75€ for 1-bedroom apartments, and 100€ for 2-bedroom apartments or more. The extra cost for electricity and gas has to be paid by the tenant upon consumption.
- We will provide you a registered contract and the contract translated into English.
- For an extra cost of 50 euros per person you can request a set of towels and bed linen.
- One time final cleaning fee: for a studio is € 100 (VAT included), for a one-bedroom apartment is € 150 (VAT included), for a 2-bedroom apartment is € 200 (VAT included).
