Delightful one bedroom apartment in a residential area at the feet of the Turin hill, equipped with every comfort and consisting of a one bedroom ( No separate beds ), large fully equipped kitchen / dining room and bathroom with shower. The apartment - totally renovated to new - is located on the first floor of a small independent three-storey building without a lift. Bath and bed linen provided.

Guest Access: Wifi and TV. It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment, as per regulation, but it is possible in the allowed area

Our staff will take care of monthly cleaning, and final cleaning will be charged once you leave.

Please note the following:
In the event of an early move-out, there is a fee equal to one month's rent.
Cost of gas and heater are apart so there will be calculate on consumption

The Neighborhood: The apartment is located in a residential area and a few minutes from the city center easily accessible by public transport.
A tour in the surroundings: Well connected by public transport, the apartment is located in a residential and pre-hilly area, a stone's throw from the Lungo Po and the walkway of the Fausto Coppi Garden which allows you to cross the river. In the area, you can visit the Gran Madre Church, Villa Gualino.
Other Things to Highlight: The apartment is located near the Villa Maria Pia Clinic.

Please note: A cleaning every 2 weeks is mandatory and costs €35 per session.
