The area is located on the outskirts of Milan, not far from Porta Romana. The center is easily reachable by metro with the M3 line - yellow line. The apartment is close to the Milan Rogoredo train station which allows easy travel even in areas outside Milan. The area is also served by supermarkets, pharmacies, a municipal park, a basketball field and a bowling green.

RENTAL CONDITION:
- The monthly rent includes 50€ electricity and gas utilities for studios, 75€ for 1-bedroom apartments, and 100€ for 2-bedroom apartments or more. The extra cost for electricity and gas has to be paid by the tenant upon consumption.
- We will provide you a registered contract and the contract translated into English.
- For an extra cost of 50 euros per person you can request a set of towels and bed linen.
- One time final cleaning fee: for a studio is € 100 (VAT included), for a one-bedroom apartment is € 150 (VAT included), for a 2-bedroom apartment is € 200 (VAT included).
