The room overlooks the green and quiet garden.
The common spaces include a big and lightly kitchen/living room, a fully furnished kitchen, two bathroom and a small garden. The apartment is equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, oven, microwave, vacuum cleaner

The district is very lively with lots of restaurants and bars.

Very close to Politecnico (Polimi) and to LORETO subway station, which means being connected with the whole town. The house is very close to Corso Buenos Aires, the shopping district, and to hystorical Lambrate district, landmark of design week and side events related to Salone del Mobile.

Being 5 minutes walking from LORETO subway station (green and red lines), the house is perfect if you do not have a car, being connected with the whole city. Near the house, 2 supermarkets, bakery, bars, bookshop, Italian typical pizzeria. On thursdays, in the nearby VIA AMPERE, it's market day.

A bicycle rental is located 200 meter far from the house.

We have a cat and a small dog!

For bookings arriving in May, June or July we always ask for rent until the end of August.
