This magnificent flat of about 90 sqm, completely renovated in October 2022, was built using the most modern technologies for environmental protection and energy saving. The perfect insulation of the compartments and the sophisticated automatic ventilation mechanism of the rooms allow it to boast a first-rate energy class (A2). It has underfloor heating and air conditioning in all rooms. The flat is equipped with fine finishes, such as latest generation anti-noise windows and electric shutters, as well as a fast fiber optic internet connection. The large 50” Smart TV allows you to connect to Netflix via your account.
The apartment opens onto a welcoming and spacious living room, where the warm shades chosen for the coverings and the colorful paintings hanging on the walls create a modern and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for refreshing yourself after a day of work or exploring the city. The furniture includes an elegant 3-person sofa that can be transformed into a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a wooden table that can accommodate up to 6 people.
Just behind the part dedicated to relaxation and entertainment, there is the open kitchen, fully equipped and made to measure; it is characterized by furniture in refined shades of gray, which contrast with the candid white wall units dedicated to the pantry. The kitchen equipped with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric oven, microwave and induction hob.
The sleeping area is separated from the living room by a corridor leading to the two bedrooms. In the wardrobe in the corridor, in addition to the care and cleaning products, you can find the washing machine with dryer.
The large master bedroom overlooks the quiet and picturesque Via San Giorgio, with its ancient buildings and the typical arcades that make Bologna unique. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm), a practical workstation for smart working and a large wardrobe. There is also a second bedroom, equipped with 2 single beds (80 x 200 cm) and a large renovated period chest of drawers.
The apartment has a large bathroom with window, excellently finished with designer ceramics and suspended sanitary ware. Guests have access to a double shower box built on site and a full-height mirror, on which rests a refined and spacious bathroom cabinet.
